Park Empire puts you in charge of a small amusement park. You make money from the rides, spend that money on improvements, and slowly turn the space into a busier park with more attractions.
Money can disappear quickly if you upgrade without a plan. A highly upgraded attraction is less useful when the park cannot bring in enough visitors. Finding the right moment to improve parking or save for a new area becomes more important later.
Early on, I would avoid buying every upgrade as soon as it appears. Pick one useful attraction, improve its income, and watch how quickly your money builds up. When visitors start filling the available parking, switch your spending toward capacity.
There is a nice sense of progress here. The park starts off looking fairly limited, then gradually gets busier as you put your earnings back into it. I also like that parking isn't just decoration; it affects how many people the park can handle.
My first instinct was to spend most of the early money on attractions. That worked for a while, but I noticed the visitor limit becoming a problem sooner than expected. After putting some money into parking, the next ride upgrades had a clearer payoff.
The early game is straightforward, although waiting for enough money for a larger upgrade can feel slow. I didn't notice any major issue that stopped normal progression during my play session.
