Sprunkin lets you make music by putting different characters into a mix. Each character adds a sound, so the track changes as you add or remove them. You can simply play around and see what sounds good.
Choose a character and drag it onto the board. The sound starts immediately. Add a few more characters and listen to how they work together. If you don't like the result, remove one and try another.
Sprunkin is not about reaching a score or beating a level. The main idea is messing with the sound combinations. A small change can make the whole mix feel different. The characters also give the game a fun visual side instead of leaving you with a plain music editor.
It only took me a moment to understand the controls. I started with a couple of characters, then kept swapping them to hear the changes. Some mixes worked surprisingly well, while others sounded strange. That trial-and-error part is probably what kept me playing.
If you like this style, give Sprunked, Sprunkilairity, or Abgerny a try. Each one puts its own spin on character-based music mixing.
