Blockader is a fast 2D roguelite arena shooter where you survive enemy waves on a compact lunar battlefield. Your weapon fires automatically, so the real challenge is movement, positioning, and choosing upgrades that work together.
Objective: Survive as many enemy waves as possible.
Gameplay loop: Move, dodge enemies, defeat enough targets to finish a wave, then choose an upgrade.
Controls:
The difficulty comes from limited space and attacks arriving from several directions. Ranged Snipers make positioning even more important, and later enemy tiers can turn a safe route into a trap in a hurry.
The first waves seem manageable, but that pressure kicks in when enemies start to fill the small arena. I found that planning an escape route before the crowd gets dense is more reliable than reacting at the last second. Unlike many simple wave-survival games, Blockader makes upgrade choices matter between fights, so a weak build can make later movement much harder.
